What We Do
Our turbo wastegate rebuild service includes:
- Complete disassembly and inspection
- Inspect diaphragm, spring, valve, stem, guide, and seating surfaces
- Replace the wastegate diaphragm
- Replace sealing gaskets
- Clean and inspect internal components (Vapor Blasting)
- Reassemble using the correct diaphragm and gaskets
- Bench-test with regulated air supply
- Verify wastegate valve begins opening at the specified control pressure
- Confirm smooth valve movement and positive closing
What You Send
Send the complete wastegate assembly. Wastegates can be shipped to West-Cam from anywhere in the United States.
The exhaust manifold, turbocharger, or associated boost-control plumbing is not required.
What You Get Back
Your wastegate is returned fully assembled, cleaned, inspected, rebuilt, and bench-tested for proper operation.
Any significant damage discovered during inspection, including damaged valve components, excessive stem/guide wear, damaged castings, or non-standard internal parts, will be discussed before additional work is performed.
