Dellorto Carburetor Rebuilds
West-Cam Classic Performance provides Dellorto carburetor rebuild services for classic Lotus models.
This is a mail-in rebuild service. Send us your original carburetors, and we will disassemble, clean, inspect, rebuild, and return them ready for setup and installation.
What We Do
Our Dellorto carburetor rebuild service may include:
- Complete disassembly
- Ultrasonic cleaning
- Vapor blasting of exterior components
- Inspection of throttle shafts, butterflies, jets, floats, and hardware
- Replacement of gaskets, O-rings, seals, and wear items
- Float height inspection and adjustment
- Jet and passage cleaning
- Throttle plate inspection and setup
- Final assembly and bench inspection
Each carburetor is carefully rebuilt to restore proper operation, appearance, and drivability.
Model Coverage
We rebuild Dellorto carburetors used on classic Lotus applications, including Esprit, Europa, and Elan models.

Shipping Available
Customer ships the original carburetors to West-Cam in Wake Forest, North Carolina.
Once rebuilt, the carburetors are carefully packaged and shipped back ready for installation and final tuning.

Purchasing this service requires you to ship your carburetor to our shop so we can perform service on it. The shipping cost included in your purchase will cover the shipping for the return of the product, but you will be required to pay for the shipping costs to deliver the pump to us.
