LOTUS BRAKE CALIPER REBUILDS

Restore your Lotus Esprit rear brake calipers to like-new mechanical condition and appearance. This full-service rebuild is performed in-house and includes complete disassembly, precision cleaning, refinishing, and reassembly using all new critical wear components. Every caliper is vapor blasted back to bare metal, removing corrosion, brake dust, and old coatings without damaging the casting. Brackets and caliper bodies are then professionally painted prior to reassembly for a clean, durable finish. Finish color is standard silver for the caliper body with black brackets, custom colors may be available by request.

Purchasing this service requires you to ship your calipers to our shop so we can service them. The shipping cost included in your purchase will cover the shipping for the return of the product, but you will be required to pay for the shipping costs to deliver the calipers to us. Our shop’s address is 7208 Dunman Court, Wake Forest, NC 27587. Typical Turnaround Time is 3–5 business days after calipers are received (excluding shipping time)

This service is for your original calipers, not an exchange.  Mounting hardware, hoses, and pads not included unless otherwise noted.
