Turn-key rebuild and restoration service for naturally aspirated Lotus Esprit Dellorto DHLA 45E carburetors and intake manifold. Includes complete disassembly and inspection, internal component inventory, vapor blasting, zinc plating, manifold vacuum-port resealing, full carburetor rebuild with throttle-shaft bearings, new soft-mount kit, new intake manifold gasket, new carburetor mounting studs, float setting, linkage adjustment, initial synchronization, and a final carburetor build card.
Final airflow balancing, idle mixture adjustment, and tuning must be completed on the car after installation. DHLA 45M turbo carburetors are not included.

Transform a tired, weathered induction system into a fully restored, cleanly presented, and carefully set-up carburetor and intake assembly ready to return to your Lotus.
This turn-key service is for naturally aspirated Lotus Esprit engines equipped with Dellorto DHLA 45E carburetors.
Service includes:
- Complete disassembly and evaluation of both carburetors and intake manifold
- Inventory of all carburetor internals
- Vapor blasting of aluminum components
- Yellow Zinc plating of suitable steel hardware
- Resealing of manifold vacuum ports
- Complete carburetor rebuild with new gaskets, seals, and normal service parts
- Replacement of throttle-shaft bearings
- Inspection of throttle shafts, butterflies, floats, needle valves, linkage, accelerator-pump components, and choke/starter mechanisms
- Float-height setting
- Linkage adjustment
- Initial mechanical synchronization of the two carburetors
- New carburetor soft-mount kit
- New intake manifold gasket
- New carburetor mounting studs
- Final carburetor build card documenting the installed configuration
The completed assembly is returned mechanically renewed, cosmetically restored, documented, and ready for installation.
Final airflow balancing, idle mixture adjustment, and fine tuning must be performed on the running engine after installation.

Not Included: DHLA 45M turbo carburetors. Damaged, worn, or incorrect major components requiring replacement beyond normal rebuild parts are additional.
