Purchasing this service requires you to ship your water pump to our shop for rebuilding.
The shipping charge included with your purchase covers the return shipment of your rebuilt water pump. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your pump to us.

Once your order is placed, we will contact you by email to confirm receipt of the order. We will also notify you when your water pump arrives at our shop and again when the completed pump has been shipped back to you.

Our Lotus water pump rebuild service includes complete disassembly, vapor blasting, inspection, and replacement of the bearing, mechanical seal, flange, and impeller as required.
This service requires you to send us your existing water pump. Your original casting will be inspected for serviceability, rebuilt, and returned to you. Typical turnaround time is approximately two business days after receipt, assuming the casting is suitable for rebuilding.
The replacement hub will be installed to match the original hub-face dimension to ensure proper pulley alignment.
Each rebuilt pump is returned with new stainless-steel mounting bolts, washers, and the required gaskets for reinstallation.
