Exhaust Manifold – 1989–1992 Lotus Turbo Esprit (One-Piece, Jet-Hot Coated)

This is a genuine one-piece cast iron exhaust manifold, removed from a 1989 Lotus Esprit Turbo, and correct for all 1989–1992 Esprit models equipped with the chargecooled 910 engine and Delco EFI. This updated design replaced the earlier two-piece manifold and extension setup used on 1980–1988 Turbo Esprits.

Unlike the earlier system, this one-piece manifold is designed to work with a turbocharger featuring an integral wastegate, eliminating the need for a separate extension manifold and remote-mounted wastegate. The simplified layout improves reliability, reduces weight, and provides a cleaner engine bay layout.

This unit has been professionally Jet-Hot coated in their Classic Polish – Extreme 1300 ceramic finish, rated to handle temperatures up to 1250°F and reduce radiant heat by up to 65%—extending component life and improving thermal performance.
